Sakhr's Fiqh Al-Mawareeth explains, calculates, demonstrates, and organizes any Muslim's estate. Save time and energy in calculating the value of goods, investments, and possessions according to the four Schools of Islamic Law.

Fiqh Al-Mawareeth constructs a 'tree' of inheritance of all the heirs of an estate. After entering in all names and the degrees of relationship the program automatically calculates each heir's share, and explains the rules of distribution that have been applied. Fiqh Al-Mawareeth will total the value of an estate after entering in all cash assets, equities, bonds and other shares, gold and jewelry, and other possessions, and goods that will be inherited. Heirs' portions are automatically calculated and valued.

The program produces reports similar to those issued by the courts. For courts and legal advisors the program is an effective and accurate tool for simplifying the probate process of estates.

The program is a multi-layered examination of the science of Islamic inheritance, including as well questions for self-testing and extensive cross-references. The training section focuses on twenty well-known issues in inheritance law, providing extensive historical background and explanations of distribution of complicated estates.

Among the legal references included are the tafseer of Al-Qortobi, the Mughni of Ibn Qudamah and the Mughni of Al-Muhtaj.
