Al-Hajj wi l-Umrah presents in easy-to-understand steps the
entire process of hajj and umrah from putting on the ihram
garments to leaving the Holy Places to return home. Maps,
pictures, and text guide pilgrims around the Ka'bah, the Well of Zamzam, through perfomance of the sa'i, the varieties of tawaf,
the maqam ibrahim,
to Mona and Mozdelifah and the standing at Arafat.

The special requirements for women performing hajj and umrah
are detailed in a separate section.

Extensive historical background links the pilgrim to the history
of his or her faith. Al-Hajj wi l-Umrah details the Prophet's
(pbuh) Farewell Hajj as found in authentic references. The
program explains the history and construction of the Ka'bah and
of the Prophet's Mosque at Medina.
